Just wanted to tell you in writing so that you can share this with others, how pleased I have been with getting my new mortgage through you. I had never had a Mortgage Broker before, but I can see that just as when you go to buy a house, it is best to use a professional Real Estate Broker to do your negotiating for you, or if you need to get your taxes done for the best tax advise (which usually saves you time and money), you need a Professional Tax Accountant. So, when you need a new mortgage, a Professional Mortgage broker is the way to go.
What you were able to do, that would not have happened if I had gone shopping by myself, was go to multiple financial institutions and not affect my credit rating more than once. You got my credit history information, checked my credit rating etc, and then were able to go to more than one bank for rates. When one bank said they would not give me the full amount that I wanted, you said no problem, we\'ll try another one. Perfect. No multiple credit checks that hurt a persons credit rating. The banks trust you to get the information thoroughly so they don\'t have to. You save them time, get them a new customer and you get your client the best possible rates. Not only that, I didn\'t have to spend my time going from one financial institution to another. Thank you.
